I once found a dog wandering the streets, no tags, no chip. Kept it safe and fed it overnight The next day I took it to this vet where it's rabies tag was from. They treated me like I abducted the dog for ransom even though they had zero reason to suspect that. I just wanted to drop the dog off and go. I umderstand there are scum bags out there, but you had zero reason to treat me like that for doing a good deed. Next time I see a lost dog I'm not doing anything. No good deed goes unpunished.

I was at this Vet once a few years ago and the staff was very nice an helpful, this is why we're going back, my new pup is experiencing a problem so he needs to be seen .

We took our girl Daisy to VCA Park Hill after a growth on her spleen was detected at VEG. In a very scary and stressful time, the VCA Park Hill staff were kind, knowledgeable, and took their time to answer a million questions from us while we decided how to proceed. Once we decided to proceed with surgery (standard care), booking was a breeze (we scheduled it for the next day) and we received the clearest printed instructions on how to pre Daisy and care for her after the surgery. Daisy is recovering well even though she did make quite the scene at VCA Park Hill upon pickup (she's a beagle, it's her culture). Thank you especially to Christopher at the front desk, Dr. Baxter who helped us know everything we can, Dr. Pradhan who performed Daisy's surgery and followed up to know how she'd doing, Chris Strand who took care of Daisy on her big day, and Kaleb who explained Daisy's care so clearly and didn't take her hallway meltdown personally.
