Dr. German and her team are great. They took their time with my cat at her initial visit and again when she was having health issues. Appointments never felt rushed. Being Fear Free is a real game changer. I loved that they didn’t take my cat to the back to poke and prod her around a bunch of other barking animals. She even seemed to enjoy getting her blood drawn. Everyone was also great with my rescue Dane, who can be skeptical of new people. The way the office runs made a huge difference. My reactive dog didn’t have to sit in a waiting room packed with other animals. Dr. German is also an animal nutritionist, and we were able to add on a custom meal plan for my Great Dane. Highly recommend!!

A good veterinary practice is not easy to find these days. PetVet365 is better than good, they're fantastic! My dog, Kenai, has been coming here for care for about a year, and I couldn't be happier with the services provided. Every doctor and vet tech we have met has been helpful, friendly, and thorough with Kenai. It is clear how much they truly care for the animals that come through their doors. Back in April, Kenai cracked a toenail on a Sunday morning hike. Despite their shorter hours on a Sunday, Dr. German and Larissa made time to see Kenai at the end of their day. They needed to sedate Kenai to remove the toenail. Even though closing time came and went during our visit, Dr. German and Larissa insisted on staying until Kenai came to and was able to leave on her own power. Throughout the entire visit, they showed immense care and empathy towards Kenai. I was so grateful for their help that day. If you're looking for a new vet, you found it. Come to PetVet365!

Some of if not the best service I have ever had for my pup. They were so nice and genuine and they did everything her my dog vs money hungry. They treated her so well and made sure she was happy and got the treatment that she needed.

I am SO glad I found PetVet365. My rescue dog is very scared, anxious, and reactive so I was really nervous for his wellness exam. Dr. German and Max were SO patient with him and answered all of my questions. They gave him plenty of time to warm up and did not force him to do anything he wasn't ready for. I am so glad for the Fear Free approach because I do not want my dog to be petrified every time he goes to the vet - and Dr. German and Max totally understand and support this. They did not rush us and even offered to split up the vaccines and tests so my dog did not feel too overwhelmed. By the end of the appointment, my dog ended up sitting in both of their laps to get the necessary vaccines and exam - I was so pleasantly surprised because when we first got there, he was scared to even get a pet from them! We are even going back for a "happy visit" so my dog can just go there and have some treats and pets without being poked with a needle. Thank you, PetVet365! We are excited for our next visit.
