Terrible, incompetent service. I brought my dog in because she was having a discharge. That was the only reason I brought my dog in. Today, after speaking to the representative on the phone, I learned that they never checked for the discharge because they said there were other issues. The other issues were only raised after I came in, but the primary reason was for checking the discharge which they admitted that they failed to do. My dog suffered because of this failure. In addition, they are extremely rude. Further, I waited 2 hours for them to fail to test my dog's discharge and they never said sorry or told me that they might be 2 hours or even 1 hour. You can do better than this place. But back alley is better than this place!

They charged me $75 to tell me what we told them. I couldn't believe these freakin people. I'll never go here again, OR refer anyone here. Terrible place

The receptionist and office side of this vet needs to get it together, horrible! We went in for our annual exam for our 2 dogs and they claimed they had no records of one of my dogs ever going there. They kept saying she wasn't under my name and phone number yet I got a reminder text from them saying she was due for her shots and exam. I even had the paper they gave me from last time showing her shots she was given along with my name, my dog’s name, and my phone number. It is a seriously concerning issue that they do not have accurate information on record! Also after leaving I noticed on the paper they gave us this time that they mixed up the ages of my dogs! You are a medical office! Accuracy is extremely necessary!!! On top of that we waited a whole hour to be seen! And the lack of care is just ridiculous, extremely disappointed.
