10/10 have been recommending this place to all my peers with fur babies. I have the most difficult cat ever and I pictured him going through a tooth extraction was going to be such a difficult time for him and it wasn’t. Dr. Tedros assured my family and I that he would be ok and explained everything very thoroughly of what he is going to go through day of surgery. Dr. Rojas was also very kind and knowledgeable of what the surgery process was going to be like and that she was going to call me with any updates during his surgery. They did! They were very honest and I will continue to fully put my trust in their hands time and time again. Thank you guys for being such an amazing team!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Ackley and the entire team. From the moment you walk through the door, you can tell that everyone genuinely loves what they do and truly cares about every animal that comes through their clinic. Dr. Ackley is hands down the most compassionate veterinarian we’ve ever had. She is incredibly thorough, takes her time during every appointment, and never makes us feel rushed. She answers every question with patience and always makes sure we understand exactly what’s going on. But what makes her truly special is how much she loves her patients. The way she greets Ollie, with hugs, kisses, and so much affection, makes it obvious that this isn’t just a job to her. She treats him like he’s her own, and as a dog mom, that means everything. The entire staff is just as amazing. Every single person is kind, welcoming, and genuinely excited to see Ollie every time we come in. They handle every pet with so much patience, love, and care that you immediately feel like you’re leaving your furry family member in the best possible hands. Finding a veterinary team that combines exceptional medical care with such genuine compassion is rare, and we are so grateful to have found Dr. Ackley and her staff. Ollie absolutely adores them, and so do we. We trust them completely and recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a veterinary team that will treat their pet like family.

Had a great experience with Dr. Ackley (I think?). Was not a previous patient and was in a bind when my dogs back cyst ruptured prior to going out of town. They saw me same day on a busy Monday and got her squared away. Switching to them for full time vet care. They were wonderful.
