I have brought my cat in twice in the last month for feline acne but her issue remains unresolved after an antibiotic shot and following all treatments and medicines. I retuned the cone they gave me that did not fit on Friday of last week, and have not seen a refund or received an email as promised by the receptionist. I called Wednesday, I asked that they have a manager call or email me regarding nexts steps but have not heard back.

We bring all three of our cats in the City Vet. Two of them recently had dental procedures and City Vet staff was wonderful the whole way through the process. They talked us through the options for care, ensured their blood work looked good before hand and even called during procedures to talk us through what they were seeing and made sure we were ok with decisions they were recommending. Even their staff for small things like recommending joint supplements for our cats was handled with care. They weren't just recommending supplements for no reason but to actually improve our cats quality of lives. They've even sat on the ground with our girls when they were scared to be on the table in the vet room to examine them. I would recommend City Vet to any one.
