my baby rufus got his teeth cleaned yesterday by dr. sweet.. the lady up front( i didn’t get her name, but she had long black hair and glasses) was super patient with me.. i know i can ask a lot of questions and can come off as a little too much sometimes.. dr. sweet was able to show me rufus’ x-rays and explain to me the reasonings of the extractions. i appreciate dr. sweet’s patience with me bc i do ask a lot of questions. they also trimmed rufus’ nails which was sweet of them! i am a mama bear when it comes to my doggy and having people be kind and patient during a stressful time means a lot. pricing wise they do show you an estimate of what the low and high end might come out to and they were able to work with me to keep it close to the high end pricing as my dog had to get a ton of teeth extracted. thank you belcaro team!

I feel like I won the lottery in choosing this place to care for my dog. Each person, from the front staff to the vet techs to the doctors, is incredibly caring and knowledgeable and put me completely at ease with my concern for my shy, little guy and his issues. Also, a special mention and thank you to Dr. Alexis Cooper for her patience and gift of explaining things clearly and thoroughly. I always leave feeling knowledgeable and confident in my dog's post care.

I can't recommend Dr. Cooper enough! Taking care of three dogs can be a lot, but she makes it seem easy. Every visit is super professional, patient, and full of love for animals. She really listens to our worries, explains things clearly, and treats each of our pups like her own. It's awesome knowing our dogs are in such good hands. If you need a great vet who truly cares, look no further! Everyone at the clinic is always nice and professional too.
