Bear Valley Veterinary Care Center

Matt & Jesse in the boarding facility are absolutely phenomenal! I recently had to board my diabetic cat for a few nights and I was nervous about leaving him overnight since he requires insulin injections and a very strict feeding schedule. The staff at Bear Valley went above and beyond to make sure they had the details of his medical regiment down and to reassure me about his care. He is a very nervous and timid cat but did so well during his stay. I could tell the staff gave him a lot of attention and he was happy and healthy when I picked him up. I can't thank Bear Valley enough for taking such good care of my sweet little guy.

Matt, Jesse, and the entire boarding team/staff at Bear Valley once again were there for us! Kenzie & Cooper always have a blast at the pet resort, are very well taken care of, and we know they are being treated like family. This allows us to have peace of mind while we are away from them.

My dog has done a few boarding stays at Bear Valley Vet Pet Resort, and I have been so happy with their service. She can be pretty anxious with new people and places, but she walked back happily her last stay. All of the staff have been great, and they have updated me throughout her longer stays with report cards. Big thanks from Willow & me!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place! The staff were some of the sweetest, most compassionate people, & it was so clear how much they genuinely care about every animal they work with. They treated the animals with so much patience, kindness, & love, it was incredibly comforting to see. Thank you for taking such amazing care of them & for creating such a caring environment! ❤️

Our dog is a rescue and we received little history on him per usual. I wondered why he was always anxious while being in this office. The staff rarely made him feel comfortable and he was constantly pacing and nervous. We took him in to have his teeth looked at knowing he would probably need a couple teeth pulled. Their “estimate” was around 4,000 but left the statement open for a possibly higher payment by the time surgery was done. They tried to charge me 400$ for this visit when it was initially said to be 250. How they got to 400$ was beyond me and I refused to pay that. Thankfully they sent me a summary of what needed to be done so I took this summary to another vet and that vet was confused as to what these people were even talking about. After they examined his teeth, he did need at least two pulled for less than half of what was quoted from bear valley and these people were so sweet to him and loved on him like crazy. Get a second or third quote is my advice, and if your pet doesn’t seem comfortable with the people working with them, they probably aren’t, and more of a reason to look elsewhere. I’d give -1 star if possible.
