Banfield Pet Hospital

Absolutely would not recommend this location. Banfield has not been helpful on several different occasions, I have lost 2 pets in the past few years and each time they refused to allow me to cancel the packages even after it was just renewed, and continued to charge and collect money for me for almost and entire year each time. They are only worried about there money and have no sympathy for our losses.. Today I had another appt scheduled at 7:45am for my dog to undergo anesthesia for surgery and dental cleaning and received a phone call at about 4:30pm letting us know that nothing had been done and there wasn’t enough time to fit it in today l, after taking time off of work and losing money, and wanted to reschedule it for another day. After having my dog sit in a kennel for over 9 hours, they Need to work on communicating with there customers and keeping them updated with there progress throughout the day. This location has became very difficult to trust and frustrating with how they continue to handle things.

I just got back from this location extreamly dissapointed. I had an appointment at 3pm today and i basically found out that this place is full of shit. I had made this appointment last week on friday and i had expressed my dogs nails needed to medicatly trimmed and that, no his shots were not up to date and i knew that might cause an issue. The associate i had spoken with told me it was fine sense it was for medical reasons!!! If it was truely an issue why tell me yes instead of me finding out the day of that it was a no. They also forgot to mention that i needed my dogs previous records of having had his shots otherwise i would have had those to. As i walked up to the counteer with my dog i quickely realized that they didnt even have my information down anywhere close to correct and on top of that i was told the rooms were 50$ for 30 mins. Normally i would have accepted it just because but wait, doesnt it say all over the website that the first vist is free! That no charge, outside of whatever the reason brought people to them to begine with! Frankly i agree with previous reviews that at this location at least is nothing more then people trying to upsell treatments to customers and not the animals health.

I visited them for the first time, and they seem to care about your animal(s) have a nice program for health and training.
