Our dog was crying from pain due to her knee popping out of place. Apparently it's common on small dogs. However we were turned away because it was more important for the girl that works in the front to go home on time even tho it wasnt time for them to close still had 15+ minutes left. She told ous they had everything to check her out but we're closing in 15 heartless person to turn away a dog that is clearly in pain. Shame on all you.

Had an appointment for both my pets at 5:30pm got there and they were only able to take one due to one of my pets having an appointment at 5 when they were both scheduled for 5:30 weeks prior. Very frustrating not going back.

All Brick has always taken great care of our animals, including expressing genuine sympathy when we have had to deal with illness or euthanasia. They are up front about fees, have thoughtful workers, and are considerate about our pets’ care and health. I am happy to make the 40 minute drive each time to see them for our dogs’ care.

They refused to see my dog when she was clearly in pain because they were closing in 15 minutes. Shows you how much they care about your pet. Will never take my dogs here again.
